When did you launch your website?

  • We launched Optic Shop in March of 2017

What is your return policy?

  • You can return any merchandise for up to 10 days after the delivery date.
  • Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • You will be responsible for shipping fees.  Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

When will my refund be processed?  

  • Please allow 7 days from the time your return is delivered to us for it to be processed.

 Where do you ship to?

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.  If you do not see your country on the list when checking out, please let us know and we can likely accommodate you.

What carrier do you use?

  • We use the United States Postal Service (USPS).

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We make every effort to process orders within 2 business days of when they are received.
  • In the US, Once the package is shipped it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered.
  • Delivery times for International Orders vary by country.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

  • Yes.  You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is shipped. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Yes.  All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
